Prior to IRIS buying this company, everything was fine. Simple. But functional and working great. Including Customer Service. Now, it is a FAILURE!! They introduced a separate module where employees can do their own onboarding. Great idea! Save time. It has been a disaster since its release!! We still have to do EVERYTHING MANUALLY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FAILURE OF A COMPANY

Just like the others have said, horrible customer service once the onboarding process has finished. Call the toll free number and you are instructed to leave a voicemail or create a support ticket. Messages are never returned via phone or email. Many with time sensitive matters. I wouldn't recommend this software company at all, nothing but headaches!

This company provides zero support and hides behind phones that are not answered and emails that does not get answered. I urge all accountants to not consider this entity as a solution to their business. They exceed in lack of customer support.

If I could give no stars I would. By far the WORST support or lack thereof you will ever receive (or not receive) from a product. This is my last year using this product. I am SO tired of the lack of support. You will NEVER talk to a live person and god help you if something goes wrong because NO one will actually help you.

Beware of their billing tactics. They collect your credit care info and charge you without any prior intimation. You get no support whatsoever later on. Most unprofessional, I'd never do business with them.

Terrible since IRIS took over. They have insane amount of 'extra' fees, professional fee's and automatic inflation adjustments to your prices. Their customer service is a joke, you can never get anyone on the line(Except for sales, go figure). I have used them for 8 years, and will now be switching. Their software is a joke and their cost is absurd for what they offer. STAY AWAY!

I have been using Accountant World by IRIS for a while now, and I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. Every time I call, it takes multiple attempts to get through, and often, no one answers. When I leave my contact information, it is very hard to get back to me. The representatives I have spoken to are unprofessional, making it very frustrating to resolve issues. There is no reliable way to reach someone if I have any concerns. Overall, the customer service experience has been terrible.
