This is the first time I have purchased anything from Abt and you have won my business. Buying on-line was easy. The delivery service was excellent. I love the app that let me track the truck. The delivery people were prompt, courteous, wore masks and did not leave a mess. They were familiar with delivery procedures in the condo. Any when I noticed imperfections in the paint job, I was offered a 10% discount. I was won over by the fact that the delivery drivers are empowered to address customer service issues on the spot. Great job. When I posted my experience on my facebook page, many of my friends said they never shop elsewhere.
