Raquel and Roxanne helped get a large order processed quickly and to me ahead of my deadline. They are great! Thank you so much!

Took a while to ship but it’s free shipping so can't complain that much. Product is great though so worth any shipping issues. Ordered a week ago and it just shipped and now there’s delays with the shipper. Not all their fault…

The mango flavor and aroma blew me away. We used it in conjunction with real fruit puree, and I am very impressed with the finished beer.

Everything was shipped timely and the product is fantastic!!

Easy ordering. Especially happy that you have made this product available to general public. Have not yet been able to try the product yet. Did not give five stars because adult signature was required. Had to make special arrangements to not miss second delivery attempt. Should make it a choice when ordering. Big hassle! Can’t wait to get started experimenting with products.

Great company. Great customer service. Quality product.

Grapefruit, passionfruit, and guava. Would get all 3 again for sure. The grapefruit is not quite as dimensional as fresh grapefruit but certainly suffices, and the other two are nice. Hard to get the quantities I need of fresh exotics like that in the quality I'd like, so the aromatics are highly appreciated.

Sometimes, I feel like my emails are answered by robots rather than humans. Fair enough, I’m learning new stuff and not a huge customer, probably never will be.
