Always love the product, but shipped 12 business days after the order was placed. We paid and got order confirmation July 23rd. Didn’t get shipping notification until today. 8/11 Hopefully we’ll get the product tomorrow. Really needed it sooner.

Hey you're right, that's no good. Our customer service team will be reaching out to you asap.
Sometimes, I feel like my emails are answered by robots rather than humans. Fair enough, I’m learning new stuff and not a huge customer, probably never will be.

Hey Rusty! I can assure you that we are a team of human beings. We love eating batteries and human food. Beep boop.
Took sooooooo long to ship! Would love to see a 1 to 2 day turnaround from when order was placed!!! Great product tho! Worth the wait just hard to schedule as a small brewery

Hey thanks Bryan!! We agree, we're working on cutting down our shipping times. It'll only get better from here. Thanks for trying Abstrax!
The product is good, could still be better. The lead time is tough to deal with and not really understandable. Also it was shipped out on a Friday, turning what would be 1 day of transit into 3.

Hey thanks for trying our stuff Dave! If you're looking for a step up from Omni, we recommend trying our Quantum Series. That'll probably be what you're looking for.
