I see that Terry Tripp erased my previous review that I wrote last June 22. They have totally dropped the ball and take a no responsibility for the $6000 worth of losses and damages that I incurred after doing business with them. I was told by my salesman ( Mike Livensay) that the owners, the Trips are abusive and bullies to both their clients and their employees. I can speak for myself that was true for me. Their rude driver cussed me and my husband out at two different times ( i have a video of him ( Tracy) and walked off the job early because he couldn’t figure out how to get an armoire in the bedroom.“I had to get two other people to move the armoire into the bedroom after they left“. On the second move To Colorado, they arrived with ONE man , AND I had to hire somebody to help him do my move. Then at 3 o’clock mountain time the ONE man decided he was going to leave because he couldn’t figure out how to get my sofa into my condo. So he again walked off the job as they do. I had to hire (at 4 o’clock on Friday afternoon ) a company to come from 60 miles away with a crane so they could lift the sofa up and put it through the patio door to get it into the condo. They could’ve done it and they should’ve done it but they were irresponsible. Let’s see if Terry trip takes this review off. I have contacted the media in Houston and we’re going to do a big story on their company.

I'm so happy I hired A Better Tripp for my recent move. They took the sting out of a move that had promised to be super challenging for me. A Better Tripp made the experience smooth and easy from start to finish, and they did it for a fraction of the amount the big corporate movers had bid. How do they do it? I feel it's the amazing crew of professionals they have put together for moves. Melvin helped me get started and William worked out logistics. Both answered all of my questions completely, any time I called. I still feel special appreciation for Peanut, who managed the hands-on move in an efficient and calming way. His professionalism and friendliness kept my spirits up during a super stressful week of moving family pieces cross-country. The folks at the office followed up a week after the move to make sure everything was fine. Felt like family. If you're planning a move near or far, definitely give A Better Tripp a call and see how they can help out. I heard about them from a family member who had used them years ago and recommended them enthusiastically. Now I can share my great experience with you. A Better Tripp took good care with my things (no scratches, damage, or dings), got them to the destination on time, and did this all in a Houston-friendly way that puts your mind at ease. Priceless!

I have moved interstate with ABT multiple times and the reason I keep going back is them is TRUST. Their pricing is competitive, their binding estimate is binding, they pick up when they say they will but, you have to work with them on the delivery end. Jose is the best ever and has been the driver on all my trips. He is very careful with the load, sincere and pleasant above all. Also a shout out to Jose, Melvin, Mike and William on my recent move to Orlando!
