I requested clarification on specific terms, including the pickup address, arrival window, valuation coverage, access fees, and rate validity. I sent these details via text in the morning and followed up by email that evening. In response, the representative resent the original quote without addressing any of the requested updates or questions. Because the company did not provide the necessary documentation or clear communication regarding their terms, I chose not to book their services. Customers, particularly seniors who require explicit written terms, should verify that all questions are fully answered in writing before committing to a contract with this business.
