9D Breathwork has genuinely been a life-changing and, for me, life-saving experience. ❤️ I’ve spent years trying different therapies and trying to heal from things I’ve lived through, but 9D reached me in a way nothing else ever had. I didn’t have to retell my story or explain my pain. I just had to breathe. It changed something in me so deeply that I’m now training to become a facilitator myself to bring it to others and help as many people as I can.

I started 9D Breathwork thinking, “It’s just breathing.” My nervous system clearly had a different opinion. 😂 9D has genuinely changed my life, bringing me more clarity, presence, and connection with myself. The quality of the breathwork sessions is incredible. Every journey feels carefully crafted, immersive, and deeply supportive. And the 9D community makes the experience even more special, with so much encouragement, sharing, and genuine support. The body knows exactly how to handle it all: we just need to Breathe. Feel. Reconnect. And with 9D Breathwork it's really easy and awesome!

I've had many years of therapy and experienced different modalities for healing, but the 9D Breathwork is one of a kind, as it regulates your nervous system, and changes the way the mind responds. The community of people all coming together for the purpose of bringing oneness, safety, love and acceptance through breathwork is incredible! If you are looking for a real challenge, transformation, then try it for yourself - do the work if you want results. You've got nothing to lose and everything to gain!

9D breathwork has opened the world to me again. For 2 yrs I sat in my apartment alone. I had agoraphobia so bad I wouldn't leave. And as I started to venture out, to try again, sometimes the panic attacks and anxiety left me literally sick to my stomach, hugging the toilet. No maybe not everyday but at least once a week I push myself to do something new, to try new things. Ive even joined a gym. Everytime that anxiety hits, I remember to just breath. Thats its okay to be scared, but not give up!!! And the community support is nothing ive ever experienced before. The understanding and encouraging is what makes me want to continue to show up! To try again. To keep pushing forward.

I am writing this review after 105 days of sobriety and 102 days of breathwork, a milestone that 9D Breathwork has profoundly supported. The practice and the surrounding community have transformed my life in ways I did not anticipate. The sessions themselves are genuinely life-changing. They have helped me address past traumas as well as the underlying anxiety and stressors that previously felt overwhelming. Each guided experience has been both powerful and carefully structured, allowing me to process emotions safely while developing greater self-awareness and resilience. Equally valuable is the 9D community. It is consistently helpful, supportive, and encouraging. Members share truly inspiring stories that reinforce a sense of shared progress and possibility. Daily accountability groups and check-ins provide structure and connection, while new sessions are added regularly, keeping the programme fresh and relevant. Brian Kelly, the creator, remains actively engaged with both the community and the programme on a daily basis. His presence and commitment contribute significantly to the sense of care and continuity that defines the experience. Through this work I have developed genuine self-love and have become a better version of myself. I am deeply grateful for the tools, the support, and the ongoing growth that 9D Breathwork continues to offer. I recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone seeking meaningful change.

My experience with 9D Breathwork has been genuinely transformative. The combination of powerful breathing techniques, immersive sound and carefully guided sessions creates something quite different from traditional breathwork. I’ve found the sessions incredibly effective at helping me slow down, reconnect with myself and let go of tension that I didn’t always realise I was carrying. There is a real depth to the experience, both physically and emotionally. What I particularly appreciate is that every session seems to offer something different. Sometimes it’s calming and grounding; other times it can be much more emotional and releasing. I would definitely recommend 9D Breathwork to anyone who is curious about exploring breathwork in a deeper and more immersive way. It has become a valuable part of my own approach to health and wellbeing.

What made things great for me I would definitely say the support.. it wasn't surface level it was personal, not just a "you need to do this to pass" it was genuine conversation and interaction, it was checking in, offering support and working through trialling times TOGETHER.. The entire model of 9D is second to none, it can't be compared because it sits in a league of its own.
