I hate that I have to leave a 1-star review, but this poor rating has been well earned by 6amrun. I used their products for years, primarily the marathon formula, and LOVED it. I typically ordered from Amazon, but would order directly from 6amrun if they had good sales. The first few orders I had no issues. Then I had an order that was delayed by about a week or so, and my next order was delayed by a couple of weeks. At that point, I decided to hold off on ordering for a while and give them one more shot to get their act together. On 8/24/26, I received a marketing email guaranteeing next-day shipment, so I decided to give them another shot. A couple of days went by and my order never shipped (I also ordered an e-gift card and never got the details). I followed up via email and got a response from the owner saying they were behind but PROMISED my order would ship before Labor Day (9/6/26)—a whole 2 weeks after the guaranteed shipping date. Labor Day came and went, and my order still didn't ship. I followed up again requesting to cancel and a full refund. Their reply ignored my cancellation request and said they just needed to resubmit my order and it would ship right away. I replied stating that at this point I just wanted a refund, and I never received a response. It has been a month since I placed the order and it never shipped. I did a chargeback through my credit card, and they ruled in my favor in under a week. I am still out the gift card portion I used toward the order, but I refuse to do business with 6amrun again, so I wouldn't be using it anyway. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from 6amrun. Warn your running buddies, too. If you are awaiting an order to ship and they're giving you the runaround, file a dispute with your bank. Don't let them take advantage of you.

Scam spam company will buy or keep your email and continue to send emails regardless of how many times you email them to stop and unsubscribe from there emails. For that reason I would never recommend this company

I would give zero stars but not an option. I love the product and the first order was delivered as promised in 5-7 days. The second order took 3 weeks and my 3rd order i made 2 months ago and still have not received it. Ive been promised through emails each week I will have it the next week. I have requested a refund multiple times with nothing. I have gotten the run around and I just cant get this resolved. Such horrible treatment of customers.

I have been a customer for 10 years before this order. I ordered over 200 in product in June and my order wasn’t shipped. I started ask through email in mid July and was told multiple times that I would receive a tracking number within 48 hours. After almost 2 months of weekly exchanges on email I asked for either a refund or for my order to be shipped. Neither happened. Thankfully I got my money back through the cc company. Sucks because I like drinking marathon before my runs but I’m done with them

The first few times I ordered the product there was no issue. I ordered over $100 worth of product June 25, 2026 they only delivered me one out of three products. That was after many emails and phone calls. Each time I keep asking about the remainder order. I get a email which seems AI generated from “Hami” with a bunch of excuses. It’s a shame.
