Poor customer service, and they still have not fixed their mistake from over a month ago. Paid on September 1st, and they shipped the wrong product. Every week that I followed up, they have sent the same response: this is URGENT, and it will be fixed this week. It is now October 22nd, and it still has not been fixed, with the same response. Don't buy from this company.

Absolutely disappointed in this company. A few years ago, id easily give 5 stars. Fast shipping, great products, etc. on 9/28/26 i ordered something for the chicago marathon 10/11/26. 9/30 i got a shipping email. Awesome! Excited itll be here in time. It’s now 10/20/26 and still nothing. Tracking never updated. Emailed them, no response. Messgaed them multiple times and heard “its our top priority, it’ll be shipped within 48 hours”. Then they “delete” their instagram for a few days. So sick of them. Everyone needs to go to their 6 am run, LLC and also comment these reviews considering they’re at 4.7 stars.

This company has ongoing issues with fulfilling orders correctly and following through on its commitments. Unfortunately, what should be a straightforward resolution turns into an endless cycle of excuses, delays, and unfulfilled promises from both customer support and the owner. My most recent experience involved their BOGO promotion. I ordered two containers of Marathon Iced Tea and instead received two damaged containers of Pre-Workout—a completely different product. For over a month, I have been repeatedly assured that the company would make things right and issue a refund. Despite numerous promises, nothing has been resolved. I have now been forced to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company. Initially, I was patient and empathetic, understanding that mistakes happen and businesses occasionally encounter challenges. However, there comes a point when repeated excuses, broken commitments, and a complete lack of accountability become unacceptable. What makes this even more disappointing is seeing other customers report similar experiences. My experience does not appear to be an isolated incident. A company’s reputation isn’t defined by whether mistakes happen, but by how it responds when they do. Unfortunately, this company has repeatedly failed that test. I can no longer recommend doing business with them.

HORRIBLE. No matter how many times i unsubscribe from their email list i still get multiple emails a day. I ordered their product once 6 years ago and am now in email spam hell.

Placed two orders at start of July.. it’s been 3 months (now middle of Oct) and all I get is empty promises of a shipping date that doesn’t happen. I asked for refunds and get bs answers. The emails say next day shipping! I have emailed and asked when products are in stock thinking maybe they’re just out of them… Nope! They say all products in stock and yet I’m without both my orders. I taken this product for over 9 years. I don’t know what happened to this company but after the run around and bullshit emails for 3 months, I Hope this company goes out of business and stops scamming people out of money! I’m a stay at home mom that saved to order and in this economy every penny counts! Shame on you Hami.

It’s nearly impossible to get out of the emails and text messages. For years I’ve been trying to get out, and the owner of the company Hami always has the same response, that he will make it a priority to get me off the E-mail list… i’m getting multiple emails a day that are flooding My email account… Imagine how he would feel if he was getting spam to his personal email or business email account and it never ended… This battle has been going on for years, I have been saving The conversations and emails of him promising to get me off of the E-mail list and it not happening. Read all the reviews before deciding on making a purchase from this company This guy is a con artist, a scammer and a spammer. Has anybody been able to unsubscribe to their emails? I’m thinking at this point if we round up everybody who is having issues, there should be some type of class action lawsuit. It’s time for this business to go out of business and for it to stop scamming and spamming people The product is junk. You will not be a better runner if you take it. Just eat healthy, stay consistent with running, sleep well and you’re running will improve.

Very disappointed with my experience with 6AM Run. I hate to give it 1 star because they don't deserve that. I was charged for my order, but the product was never delivered. I contacted customer service multiple times to try to resolve the issue. Each time, I was told that the problem would be addressed, but nothing was ever resolved. I also requested a refund, but I did not receive one. At this point, I paid for a product that I never received and was unable to get my money back despite making multiple attempts to resolve the issue. The lack of follow-through and customer service has been extremely frustrating. I expected much better from a company I trusted enough to place an order with. I would strongly encourage the company to address situations like this and actually follow through when customers are told an issue will be resolved.

Never sent me my product even though I reached out over 10 times over the last 2 MONTHS! Just like everyone else's reviews I was promised the product over and over again and NEVER received it! This company is a SCAM AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! And I am a real person who gives HONEST reviews to customer service, WHICH IS RARE TO HAVE ONE THIS BAD. I am NOT an AI bot or anything else that the company - OR Hami- wants to make an excuse of because they didn't want to take ownership for their behavior!
