Received my IPL hair removal in 3 days but after reading the manual I had to return because it would not work for my skin type. One should do their research before ordering.

Now That I read these I now know I also got Fxxked!!’ Don’t keep an even current coming out and miss fires!! I wonder if BBB is aware of this scam!!!!

I’m giving a 1 star for the product and a 5 star for customer service, hence the 3 star rating. The device was glitchy and did not turn on properly. I was able to get it to turn on once, and when I used it, it didn’t feel right. That being said, I had a totally different customer experience than most of the people who commented below. They asked for a video for proof that the device wasn’t working and refunded me right away; within days (they actually processed the refund over a weekend). So good customer service, not a fan of the device.

Product is good just now going to use it again and it just shut off as if it has no power source. Tried several different outlets and nothing works. I hope they respond to email I sent and can exchange or refund or something.
