This is an amazing product
This is an amazing product. It does the job perfectly and its like I can't do without it. It feels natural and smooth and adds easiness I'd hate to part from.

So I haven't had it long enough to see…
So I haven't had it long enough to see if it works, but I will say, I'm pretty sure my shady neighbor stole my package and when I contacted them they sent me another one free of charge. So customer service complaints are bs. They were on it! As for the device I can't tell you yet! But it was packed in good condition and arrived in working order

I purchased an IPL product from 5MinSkin.com
I purchased an IPL product from 5MinSkin.com. I thought I cancelled the order. I had repurchased the same product from Amazon, but with free shipping. I was surprised that my original purchase wasn’t cancelled when reviewing my monthly December credit card statement. I emailed 5MinSkin.com and explained the situation. They agreed that I could return the product (at my expense - $17). I was issued a full refund. In addition, the product was a gift. The recipient was really happy to receive the IPL.
