never let me know the item that I wanted wasn't in stock and you went and charged my credit card any way. but after 2 phone calls you did refund my money

The price of the product was great-much lower than others. For some reason, my credit card did not go through. No call from 4K4Less. I called several times and no explanation about the delay in the order. Left voice mail and electronic messages in follow up without a return call. Finally on about the 5th call, got an explanation and provided another card. Interestingly, when I called my credit card company, they had no record of an attempted charge from 4K4Less. ???? Once all settled, the product arrived in 2 days and was in new condition as promised.

Item took 2 weeks longer than expected.

It took them 2 days to process my order without a feedback which leave me anxious whether I've just sent money to a scam site or not.

I placed the order on 10-30, but didn't receive the camera until 11-17, and no response for my inquiry.

Great price, and product was exactly as advertised, but very slow processing and poor customer service. Also no confirmation email, which was a little concerning.

Would be nice if they would give you a tracking number or confirm your order. Other than that, pretty satisfied. Decided to run the risk of buying from this website, despite the warnings from other reviews. Received my order about 10 days later and now I am enjoying my Sony A6000.

After checking in when 2 weeks passed, I found out they never sent out my order, but after I called them they sent it promptly and I got it in a few days. Good on them to correct, but would have preferred a slightly more streamlined transaction.
