20four7VAReviews of 20four7va.com

I really enjoyed interviewing with this company, all the staffs I communicated with either virtually or by email were all friendly and always ready to answer your questions… I believe that 20four7VA is a great company to work with.

During day 1, same task given in all VA Platforms, 20four7VA is actually the second i tried. Same experience when i started BPO, Covergy's (currently rejected me) and the secong company who gives me opportunity in booming BPO Industry Voice and Non Voice is Accenture Inc. That reminds me that I used to have the scond shot. I never used to send follow up with my applications and to my suprise 20four7VA suprisngly is the second VA angency I applied for. It was like when i started BPO way back 2006 and stary with Accenture for 13 years. I am a Loyal and Honest employee and delivering required expectations, 20four7VA repeats it history itself! With that I am so grateful!

Recruiters are friendly, the application process was smooth, the assessment was a bit hard and challenging (I think for newbie) BUT it was an amazing experience.

This company's screening and application process is very convenient; it allows you to choose your own time and your own interviewer, though you have to cross your fingers that the interviewers are kind. But from my personal experience, all the interviewers were so kind and spoke eloquently. Though the application includes numerous interviews, I have done like three interviews already, and there's two more to go. I understand the reason why they interview their applicants many times—maybe to choose the best applicants for the role. All in all, they have a good recruitment team; kudos!

I have a great experience with 20four7VA. You can easily reach them at Skype and they will answer your queries any time.

The online application was super fast and easy, and the instructions were crystal clear. The team's communication was spot on—always quick, responsive, and professional. What impressed me was how they managed to be so efficient without losing that personal touch. From applying to getting onboarded, everything happened smoothly and quickly. If you're looking for a seamless and speedy hiring process, I'd recommend 20Four7VA. Super stoked to be part of the team! 🚀

We had a very rough start. Do tell prospective or customers you are going to do something and then not do it for days. Every day of business is important to us. When introducing your assigned Account Manager if they are not present make sure that they do follow up and contact the client. As of today I have still not spoken with Macey, yes we exchanged a couple emails but to be "honest" as you put it I am not comfortable with her handling our account. Your billing is a nightmare, we still are not on any schedule it appears to be billed consistently. I will just keep watching for it. We have hopes that the next coming weeks with our first VA will be smoother and that the onboarding of our next one will go extremely more efficiently.

Awesome experience working with the best virtual staffing company.
