I have been with the 20Four7va for over 2 years now. The recruitment process was a breeze. Salaries are always delivered safely and are always on time. I work on a flexible schedule so balancing time for work and personal matters is not a problem at all. Great group of people and team to work with! Great culture with everyone open to helping out each other!

I passed all the assessments and interviews and then, they referred me to a new client. They told me I failed the assessment that was given by the client. But for my understanding, that I passed and they did offer a trainer position . However, i received an email that I didn't pass. As for my understanding, based on what they told me is that they will be recommending me to a new client But sadly, this company has a lot of confusions on their end and cant even understand how I failed. I did have a chance to speak to their CEO and what she had told me is I passed. So where did this decision came from. Sad to say, I would never recommend this company to anyone. I think that they had mistakenly evaluated my application.

One of the best things about my VA based in the Philippines is that she has excellent communication skills, works while I sleep and is very keen to every detail. I can focus on my business during the day and just assign everything else to her before I sleep. I wake up the next day with everything I need right in my inbox. Thank you 20four7va!
