20four7VAReviews of 20four7va.com

Great response time and very helpful staff. There were only a few delays due to the needed links not being sent. But overall the response time to concerns were great.

The recruitment process was quite rigorous, with a significant amount of information required, including background checks. I particularly appreciated that the automated assessments were task-specific and relevant to the role I applied for, which made the process feel meaningful and challenging. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Emails were clear, timely and provided ample time to prepare, with helpful reminders along the way. The recruiters were friendly, professional, and responsive. One area that could be improved is the repetition of information already submitted, as some details were requested again during the recruitment process. Reducing this repetition could make the experience more efficient. Overall, I enjoyed the challenge and found the process thorough, professional and well-organized.

The team was supportive overall but would have appreciated greater flexibility to accommodate the varying needs of clients and VAs.

The screening process is quite tedious but it was good overall

The interviewers were great and kind. I only had problems with the scheduled date and time of interview. When I choose my interview date, the time is in EST, but the confirmation emails says it's PST. And I only received the confirmation email few hours before the actual time of interview. But to sum it all, 20fourVA is good. I hope to have a client soon.

The experience was fairly straightforward but the part that is concerning is that, even after passing all the interviews one has to still keep applying manually to roles.

My interviewers were splendid! First, they were on time, friendly, and intuitive. All I did was to want to work for or with any of them. Schedules might be spaced far out of your most appropriately immediate dates but that's something I can work with.
