First, I'd like how you based your opportunity on the applicant's experiences. The questions asked during the initial interview are fit to what applicants can do to the job. Next, the hiring process is informative and you guide the applicant through the steps of the hiring process. Lastly, the support in Skype is very helpful, most especially with questions or if I have things to clarify about the instructions I received via email.
