Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience, James. We understand your frustration and we apologize if our communication regarding the job search process fell short of your expectations. While our interview process is thorough, it's designed to assess your qualifications and match you with suitable opportunities. The rate we offered aligns with your qualifications. Our rates vary depending on the VA's qualifications. We maintain a large network of talented individuals to offer clients a wider range of candidates. While this may seem overwhelming, our team actively helps you navigate openings based on your skills and experience. We strive for transparency in our communication on potential pay ranges throughout the interview process. We work to secure roles with competitive compensation and growth potential.
Our team has reached out to you via Skype to discuss and explore available options that better align with your expectations. Thank you for your understanding.
