Good recruitment process, however assessment is very long. May I suggest to keep the assessments to one hour maximum

The experience was good overall the only drawback is for the assessment I think it could be more specific to the position one is applying for.

The interviewers were very kind and good communicator. I feel welcome already and there is a sense of belongingness during the interviews. They also gave us an opportunity to select the date and time for our inteview making them very considerate of our time. I just hope that they will book or pair me to client as soon as possible.
