What made my experience great was customer service was extremely helpful and when I ordered my contacts I got them at the discount price. So I don't know what I'm going to do next year but at least this year I got the discount price and they came in a few days which was really fast I just wish they always had them them at the discount price like you get for first time users lol

Ordering replacement contact lenses is a breeze. Professional quick process. My Optometrist office responded to the Rx verification and I received my contacts within 5 days. The prices are outstanding. I called customer service to clarify the Rx verification process. Customer service responded quickly, and professionally. I highly recommend 1-800 Contacts.
