The entire process was easy and straightforward. The UI was simple to follow. From choosing lenses to approval and then shipping confirmation was the fastest I’ve ever experienced having ordered from the competition. Shipping was fast and even next day shipping costs were very reasonable. My overnight shipping ended up being late by one day, but I don’t fault them as I know what the cut off for my area via the big shippers is so actually expected them the day they arrived. So 5 stars all the way around. I’ll order all my contacts here. Prices are excellent and they were in my eyes quickly. Thank you 1-800

Customer support agents who actively lie, "deals" that don't go through, refunds that never show up... do yourself a favor and get contacts from anywhere else in the world. 1800 Contacts is an ableist organization who will milk you dry. Mind you I had mentioned multiple times to these people I was in severe distress and their solution was to make me pay for an exam — still haven't gotten my money back for that either, by the way. If you're neurodivergent especially just go anywhere else. I want to file a discrimination lawsuit, these people were so cruel.

Sorry bank actions . Not anywhere near .cheaper or easier .and I got sent the WRONG PRESCRIPTION
