I’ve been getting my contacts since the beginning when I was wearing them at 16. This company goes above and beyond to get your contacts to you in a timely manner. I love their customer service and how fast they are when you upload your prescription. The communication when it comes down to the shipping of your order is great they tell you when they left and give you an email update when they leave the facility and when they get delivered.

For me, it's all about the customer service. The people at 1-800 contacts are just the best. They go out of their way to try and save you money. And make sure you feel you got the best deal for value.

Amazing customer service and you can't beat the prices! The ease of the process was so simple. I called with a question prior to placing my order and then was going to complete everything online but the customer service representative was so helpful and just took care everything for me on the phone in about 5-10 minutes. This was my first time ordering with them and it was a great experience!
