I'll tell you what guys I was jubius of ordering anything from the states with previous bad experience BUT!!! Wow I'm absolutely amazed by this 10 second company from start to delivery to my door to uk in Southampton tracked all the way they nailed it for me in 4-5 days thanks so much guys I'm hoping you could get hold of a gates belt for my drag car having a job in uk Toyota supra 7mgte All the best

Still waiting on my parts been over 5 weeks now payed $250 for delivery

Hi Michael, Thank you for providing your order number and feedback. I reviewed your order and found UPS tracking was uploaded about 3 weeks ago. There have been several attempts from UPS to contact you via email/phone in an effort to schedule delivery. The package requires an adult signature upon delivery. It is possible UPS is waiting for you to return a response to schedule a delivery best suited for you. If you need assistance coordinating a time and date with UPS, we are happy to help. Seems to be a good company, but the shipping times are misleading. To be honest, i ordered a Flowmaster exhaust system that shipped straight from Flowmaster. I understand that they have no control over an outside vendor, but don't advertise 1-3 business days shipping when in reality you have no idea when it will ship.

Based on your provided feedback, I did not need to review your order to confirm any subsidiary brand under Holley's portfolio can be a nightmare to deal with at times. Your exhaust system is quite popular and is regularly stocked. We did not have units on hand and had to ship from Holley's HQ in Bowling Green, KY. I confirmed with our vendor relations team they had reached out to Holley no less than 9x in an effort to get your exhaust out the door. It is commonly known how disorganized Holley can be, however I suspect their logistics team places priority support on direct orders they recieve as opposed to dealers unfortunately. I wish we had the opportunity to make a better first impression for you and hope you will give us another chance to do so. I have asked our service team to credit your Racer Rewards account with 100 points to apply toward a future purchase on our store.
