READERS: Yet another Fake review submitted by Jade. This guy has now submitted over 5 Fake reviews on our page simply because I instructed him to shop elsewhere for his control arms. What a sad waste of life. Dan, Service Manager, 10 Second Racing 🏁

READERS: This review is not from a Zac Hill, it is from the same individual Jade who had also left several other fake reviews on our page. He continues to attempt to harass my support team with endless phone calls and emails. Jade is likely upset as I have taken measures to report his behavior to his employer. Jade, you are way too old to be behaving this way. Grow up, move on, and find peace. Dan, Service Manager, 10 Second Racing 🏁
I ordered a charge pipe kit and was told it was backordered till 7/30. I was asked to switch to another “in-stock” item but respectfully declined and waited until two weeks after that back order date with NO UPDATE. I had to personally reach out for any/all information regarding my order for over $400. Then when I reached out and asked THREE TIMES for someone to just tell me what was going on with it, I was hit with condescending and rude emails. I refunded my product (still no response) and will never be going through this company again. - They said I laced the emails with several threats? LMAO, for any and all, contact me and I will show all emails for proof. Thanks again. Praying for you 10secondracing.

Readers: Arthur emailed the support team today, 08/16. His email included a childish temper tantrum laced with several threats. The support team responded to his inquiry within 30 minutes with a helpful resolution. We informed Arthur that his PRL charge pipe kit simply had not been shipped because it is on backorder until 08/30. We offered several alternate kits we have in stock with a discount applied as a courtesy. As opposed to communicating like a grown adult, Arthur rejected the offer and threatened to dispute the purchase unless his selected charge pipe kit was shipped immediately. I personally cancelled and refunded his order today due to the threat of a dispute. Arthur suggesting he asked 'Three Times' for an update is a blatant lie. Arthur is in his feelings because I cancelled his order and chose to walk away from doing business with him. Edit: Not much funny about your behavior/or vocabulary Arthur. I do appreciate the prayers though and hope you reach Adulthood soon man. Dan, Service Manager, 10 Second Racing 🏁

Hi Kai, could you email me your order number or information to [email protected]? I cannot find your name or info provided within our system. You may have the wrong website and store. Dan, Service Manager, 10 Second Racing 🏁
Order#8805, we are extremely disappointed with the service. Five days ago, your team replied to my partner Kevin’s review saying that someone would contact me via email. We have still heard absolutely nothing. At this point, I honestly don’t know whether your public reply was genuinely intended to help resolve the issue or simply to make potential customers believe you provide good customer service. If it was the former, you have completely failed to follow through. We placed this order back in April, and it has been delayed for months with no clear explanation. Every email we send receives vague responses, and no one ever gives me a direct answer about when our order will be shipped. To make matters worse, the refund and return links on your website never work, making it impossible to request a refund through the proper channels. I no longer want this order. I am formally requesting that you cancel this order and issue a full refund immediately. Please stop wasting my time and resolve this matter without any further delays.

Was offered free merch in place of a good review. I’m taking it back, I’ve been trying to order a front sway bar for my Nissan armada and the wrong one showed up.. they battled me on wether I picked the wrong one or not so I had to find OE measurements and convince them that they sent me the wrong one.. doing all of this I’ve had to pay border fees twice now after they finally realized the mistake and now the second time sending parts they have sent me the wrong one again. On top of that no merch to keep me quiet over the whole ordeal unless I made another order to have it sent to me.. went from an easy fix to a nightmare.

Hi Chris, thanks for taking the time to leave feedback of your experience with 10 Second Racing. I am sorry to hear it has been less than optimal. I reviewed your order history and it seems you received the incorrect sway bar position the first time around. We coordinated with Whiteline to mail a replacement set to you. If you are suggesting the replacement set was also incorrect, it would be the first we are hearing of this update. I would note that both sway bar kits were shipped directly from Whiteline to you. My service team recently responded to your email inquiry offering assistance. You are also welcome to email me personally to help at [email protected]. We hope to hear from you soon Chris. Paid $1,341.19 -Item Not Delivered & Still Awaiting Full Refund I am posting an updated review regarding my experience with 10 Second Racing, as this issue remains unresolved. I placed Order #8244 on 18 February 2026 for a TiAL turbine housing. The total order amount was $1,341.19 AUD, including $1,112.24 for the item and $228.95 for shipping. It has now been several weeks since the order, and I have not received the item. The tracking information provided by the company shows delivery to an address in Abbotsford, Victoria. This is not my address. My correct shipping address, as clearly stated on the invoice, is in Attwood, Victoria, and I have never authorised delivery to any other location. I have received a partial refund of $99.85 AUD through Zip, however the remaining amount has not been refunded. My bank has advised they are unable to process a chargeback for the remaining amount due to the payment method used. Despite raising this multiple times and providing my order details, I have not received valid proof of delivery to my address or a full resolution. I find this situation very concerning, particularly given the incorrect delivery information, delays, and lack of meaningful follow-up. I am requesting a full refund of the remaining balance. I will update this review and remove my posts once the matter is fully resolved and all funds have been returned.

Tripple HHH, you previously left a different review containing the same information. I requested that you email me personally at [email protected] in an effort to resolve your inquiry. I have yet to receive any communication regarding Order #8244. If you wish to email me as soon as possible, I am happy to assist in locating your package and ensuring it has been delivered to your correct address. READERS: I have emailed this person several times in an effort to assist in locating their package. They have yet to reply to any email attempt from my personal inbox or our general service email. I am now convinced they have no interest in working with us to help with this inquiry. Dan, Service Manager, 10 Second Racing 🏁
Avoid 10 Second Racing at all costs. I ordered Soler Performance Throttle Bodies for a Lamborghini Gallardo project, and the experience has been a masterclass in merchant misconduct. Supply Chain Lies: After purchase, they stalled for weeks, claiming a "massive snow blizzard" in New York was blocking roads from their Alabama-to-NY transit. Ghost Tracking: They explicitly stated in writing that a UPS tracking number had been "assigned" and would be sent "shortly." They never sent it. Post-Checkout Ransom: When pushed for the tracking info they claimed to have, they pivoted to a bait-and-switch maneuver. They are now withholding my paid goods and refusing to release the tracking number unless I pay an "updated shipping cost" invoice that was never part of the original contract. This is not a professional performance shop; it is a logistical shell game. I have initiated a formal chargeback with YouTrip/Shop Pay. If you value your project’s timeline or your capital, source your parts elsewhere. Edit: full screenshots available if needed.

Isaac, thanks for your provided order number. You contacted our support team on 03/03/26 via email formally requesting an immediate refund for your order. Our support team cancelled and refunded your order as requested today, 03/03/26, as requested. The throttle bodies you selected are customized and not an off the shelf product. Which you were made fully aware of via email before accepting to proceed with the order. The ship date for your throttle bodes was in fact delayed by a snow storm that hit the entire Northeast US. I am not sure what additional invoice you are referring to, as there was only one payment noted on your order for the cost of the two throttle bodies. At any rate, this order has been cancelled and refunded. You will receive your full refund in 1-2 business days based on payment method you provided. READERS: This customer has displayed an erratic patern of lanaguge in their communication with 10 Second Racing. They were emailed the same day of their order entry of the status of their product. They agreed to the process of upgrading the throttle body core with the manufacturer and for the units to be mailed to our team to mail to them after completion. Our team was happy to assist them with their order and provided timely communication updates via email as they were based outside the US. The customer submitted their first and only cancellation request for their order today, 03/03/26. This order was also refunded in full today, 03/03/26. This individual is disgruntled and has resorted to exhibit their frustration here. Dan, Service Manager, 10 Second Racing 🏁
