Thank you for your review of our facility in Graham. We understand you have a choice and we greatly appreciate your continued business.
Your customer service staff has always helped me clear up any problems I may be having. Most recently, the problem was you had not received my payment. Working with the young lady we were able to figure out the problem and everything was corrected before I got off the phone.

Response from 10 Federal· Dec 23, 2019
Hi Jackie, We apologize for your experience as we highly value our customer's opinions. While we are an automated facility, we do have on-site camera surveillance. We have also been working to provide additional security for our customers which is the reason behind the temporary change in access hours. We can assure you we are working very hard to ensure our customers feel safe storing their belongings at our facility. Please feel free to reach out to us at any time to discuss further as we would like to have the chance to make it right with our customers. Thank you for your business, and we hope to hear from you soon. -Management
