Howdy! 🤠 Thank you for this feedback — and we completely understand the frustration. We want to be upfront with you: as a brand new platform, we did experience a technical issue with our referral tracking system, and we sincerely apologise that this affected your experience. We are actively working on a fix, and in the meantime our team is handling any missed referrals manually as soon as we become aware of them. We also hear you on the support side — that’s not the experience we want anyone to have at zumo.us, and we take that seriously. We’d really love the chance to make this right and change your mind about us. Please drop us an email at [email protected] mentioning your Trustpilot review and we will personally look into your referral and make sure everything is sorted out for you. 🌵 Zumo.us Team 🤠
