I ordered the milk frother without the stand. It gets the job done, however, you have to hold the button the entire time while using the frother. While it works, not a fan of this aspect as it is clunky and not as easy to use as a prior brand in which it had 3 settings and just pushed the button one to turn off and again to turn off.

The customer service. Response was quick and very friendly and courteous. Be sure to register your product. Zulay stands behind their product. Their products are excellent.

I placed an order based on a friend's recommendation about the product and customer service. I received an order confirmation. The next day I received a 'thank you' for my order, and a gift. 3 days after that I received an email saying my order has been cancelled, with no explanation. I tried the chat feature to ask why. It said I could wait or if I closed the chat I would receive an email . I never closed the chat and never received a chat answer. I did receive an email saying 'it looks like it's out of stock'- not very definitive. Very poor communication and poor practice to cancel with no explanation-4 days after the order was placed. I am very disappointed after my friend's exceedingly complimentary approval.

The person who took my call was friendly and her explanations were clear and comprehensible. I received my milk frothers in three days! I am very happy with the excellent quality of the product.

Fantastic CS team! My milk frother's motor went out after two years of multiple uses in a day, and true to their word, they sent me a new one under their lifetime warranty policy. It was sent out in less than a week, and they didn't ask me to send the broken one in for inspection first; a quick check to make sure my batteries were installed correctly was the only thing they asked of me.
