The replacement process was quick and easy, albeit getting through on the phone took some time. But the shipping speed was incredible for the S&H fee that I paid, and I live in Hawaii. Thank you.

We bought a milk Frother which stopped working about 5 months after purchase. After reaching out to Zulay Kitchen, they immediately sent a replacement Frother and a spare Frother for free, no questions asked. The new product arrived quickly and we are very pleased at their response. We will definitely be purchasing products in the future from Zulay Kitchen because they have proven they are a company of integrity and trust. And, my wife can’t wait to try more products from Zulay! Zulay does NOT honor their "Lifetime Warranty". I purchased 2 can openers and neither work now. I purchased them from Target who at the time was a Zulay "supported marketplace". Target is now longer a "supported marketplace" and because of this Zulay will not honor the warranty.

My milk frother died so I contacted customer service. They were awesome, shipped me a new one and had it in 2 days. Warranty and customer service are second to none.
