Hi David Were truly sorry for the poor customer experience. The outage was unfortunate and not a great moment for us. Unfortunately inspite of our teams tirelous efforts to assist our backhaul provider, the damage caused to their fiber as a result of construction work in the area affected the resolution time. We hope you received the letter sent out to all our affected customers from our CEO which reflects the ownership we took of the outage and our sincerest apology for the downtime. We certainly will work harder to improve. Regards ZoomOnline Customer Support Team
