ZonGuruReviews of zonguru.com

Imagine you just launched your store, two weeks later you're deactivated, (Fraudulent, Danger to the community). I couldn't understand why they were telling me this, I searched for help all I heard was $2500-$3000. I tried doing it on my own, I sent a letter very confrontational I had pushed back 😂. 9 months later I came across your template I followed your template two days later I was reinstated. What I realized you have to play their game on their platform. I just wanted to thank you once again for putting out the information FREE of charge. Respectfully Nation

ZonGuru is an invaluable asset for my Amazon business: from product research, through listing SEO optimization to metric reporting. The customer support was responsive and helpful and the UI was super user-friednly. I highly recommend ZonGuru to anyone who's selling on Amazon.

No.1 software for your Amazon business and also one of the only platforms that cover the Australian marketplace well. Great, user friendly interface, does everything we need it to do in our business. My favourite tool - the keywords on Fire tool and listing optimiser! Highly recommend if you’re taking Amazon seriously.

Super helpful customer support!

Best software for an Amazon seller. Easiest to use in my opinion (coming from 7 figure seller).

I couldn't operate my Amazon business without this toolset. ZonGuru is the complete package and includes everything from Keywords, Listing Alerts, Listing Optimization, and even product research. Customer service is fantastic too!

I have tried to cancel my subscription 2 years in a row, but they keep taking money out for the yearly subscription. I have emailed them, but all they do is referring to terms and condition. They say it’s fixed but it clearly isn't . Non exiting customer service or care. Very unprofessional company! STAY AWAY from them!

Really enjoying the user friendliness of the tools. I used to use Helium 10 which has more features but of course costs a fair bit more. There are a couple of tools that appear outside of the dashboard like Keyword Tracker which I find annoying. Why not have it all in one place? The quality of responses from the support team is decent. However, the thing that really frustrates me is the customer service response time SLAs. They don't operate on weekends and they typically respond within 24 hours which means if I have a question tonight, I'll probably get a response after I've gone to sleep or 24 hours later. Helium 10 was much quicker in responding and didn't have gaps on weekends. This is incredibly annoying when you are trying to run a business and actions can make a big difference to your bottom line. Definitely think the customer service experience can be beefed up and you'll attract and retain a lot more clients with such a great tool.
