The customer service here is good. They are responsive during their working hours, though it isn't an immediate response within 1-5 seconds, of course. Usually, it takes 5-10 or 15-25 minutes, but they are often using that time to check for confirmations and details. Their items are a pretty sweet deal compared to other sites. I will likely buy from them again. I just have to save up some money first.

Positive experience with excellent staff....unfortunately, there were some defects at the beginning, and the doll arrived without a hole in its mouth, but we're working on fixing it. Good value for money. Anyway, a recommended site. Thanks

I must say, the customer service is absolutely PATIENT, caring, quick to respond to emails (within their stated business hours), is courteous, HELPFUL, and more. Because of the customer service, I would honestly be willing to order items from the company, simply because this company REALLY is beyond caring! Every person has their own outlook on life experiences, and my personal outlook on my dealings with this company is second to none! I really wish more companies had the kind of customer service that this company has! I’m unashamed to say that I am the kind of person who gets cold feet, or even buyer’s remorse perhaps a bit more than most people normally would. But with the EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL customer service representatives this company has, I followed through with my purchase. Again, I cannot laud the amazing customer service enough. I do think it’s pretty cool that someone can customize a doll to their own liking in numerous ways, which is not something you can find on Amazon for example. I gotta give it to this company, they’re quite pleasant to work with!!!
