Thank you Tim! :)
After several searches for the best scanner, there's no reason to waste your time searching....Zip Scanners is the best price and most importantly the professional knowledge these people have that you will not find any where else.

Ugh. Pretty frustrating but sometime things are out of our hands. Thanks for being patient and I'm glad we were able to find your package. Thanks!
So far, no issues, scanner works as advertised. I will need it reprogrammed when my County goes from 500MHz to 700MHz and will have it done by Nixon!

Thanks!
I just received my WS-1088 today. I opened it up and turned it on and I was receiving transmissions immediately!! They did a great job, everything for the county was programmed as well as what appears to be all the OSP frequencies. I highly recommend Zipscanners!!!
