I Purchased the Uniden SDS200 from Zip Scanners last weak. I am giving Zip Scanners 4 Star’s. I did not give them 5 stars because The customer service representative that answered the phone and helped me a few times before and after the sale didn’t go extremely well. I decided to send an email to Garrett to let him know I was not extremely happy with the Customer Service of one of his employees. Garrett called me right after receiving the email. He definitely made up for the problem. I am extremely amazed at the Customer Service he gave me and apologized for the situation. The radio was shipped extremely fast and it arrived packed very well. The radio was absolutely awesome. I couldn’t say enough good things about the Uniden SDS200. There has been some talk on the quality of the sound of the SDS200. I will tell you the quality of the sound is amazing. It sounds great on P25 II trunking and analog conventional. I would highly recommend Zip Scanners to anyone wanting a Scanner. I will be purchasing from them again. I probably Will be purchasing a SDS100 very soon. Roger

I have mixed feelings about ZipScanners. This past spring, I bought the Whistler TRX1 from them with their professional programming. It arrived in a timely manner and seems to be programmed well. In December of this year, I ordered the Uniden SDS100, again with programming. It arrived quickly, but the programming was so lousy, it barely picked up anything. And I live in a large metropolitan area (Cincinnati, Ohio)! I contacted them and they sent me another SD card with new programming, but it is no better. I’m not sure what the problem is, but if you order a Uniden SDS100 from them, you’re better off not getting their “professional programming” from them. You will be disappointed if you do! I raised my review to four stars. After 4 attempts, the good people at ZipScanners have provided the proper programming for my scanner.

I really like all the help and support but when I received a phone call from jessie, I could barley understand him and it was hard to communicate. also every time I called it goes straight to voicemail.

Very good ! It was very fast, but only thing that I dont like is the options for shipping. It does not have Brazil for exemple so if you want to buy for Brazil you maybe cant do it.

Fast shipment time, good preprogramming, Was having a problem in set up called and never received a call back! But figured it out on my own.

I ordered the whistler TRX-1 scanner but due to time of ordering (Christmas) and also due to their supplier not being capable of meeting their demands i didnt receive it until a week and a half later. Also it came partially programmed but updates had been performed so zip code programming was the alternative fix to this. Now if i could learn how to computer program it all will be great. They did keep in touch with me on the progress of it so thats what made it acceptable. Thank you whistler & zip scanners! ;-)

Received the scanner in a timely manner. Problem was I paid to have it programed and the main freq. that I wanted to listen to was not loaded. With the help of the owners manual I was able to load it myself. The other problem wasn't Zip Scanners but the way the owners manual tries to ex-plane how to set up the led light for flashing, etc.

Ordered SD card programmed for TRX-2 it worked great. And it stopped the Error Code 4-00 from showing up so I’m very happy with purchase.
