We're very sorry for the atypical moving experience you describe. We're also sorry if there has been any misunderstanding - you did not have an onsite estimate because of the COVID-19, unfortunately, we do not send agents for in-home inspection, we offered you an alternative- virtual survey but you refused that. Ultimately, we are very sorry you were left feeling this way. We go out of our way to be transparent with our clients about everything, but especially when it comes to cost. No one likes to be surprised, particularly on moving day. Our confirmation emails detail clearly the prices we will charge for everything and if we make a mistake, we try to make it right. We've left you numerous voice messages and followed up with texts and emails asking that you please set aside a few brief minutes to speak with us, but you have not been motivated to do so. Our door absolutely remains open, but we want to make sure we're leaving you whole, not merely reluctantly satisfied. We're a little old fashioned, so you'll forgive us--we still like to talk to our clients personally, to interact as human beings and not simply as part of a faceless company. It's absolutely your right to refuse, but today is the last time we will reach out to you as the last thing we wish to do is bother you. We truly wish there was something we could do to satisfy you. If we had done something wrong we would absolutely do our best to make it right. We believe we've acted in good faith and while we feel your accusations are unjust, we respect your right to your opinion.

June, we are saddened to see that despite our best efforts to address and resolve your concerns you remain unhappy. We take pride in serving every customer with the utmost respect and treating them like family. When you discussed the inventory with David this is what you said over the phone: "it's a three-bedroom home, but I have stuff moved out for only two bedrooms. I'll just donate and give away other stuff" also: "actually this weekend we're going to take the beds down and disassemble the bed ourselves and we'll have all that stuff downstairs, so it will just immediately go on the truck." I will attach the transcript below. We confirmed with you one day before the move that the arrival time would be between 8 AM and 10 AM. When we arrived at 8:00 AM you told the movers that you are not at home and you requested them to go back home and come back after 3 PM. Since you have a large house, we told you that is not the option and we have to start early so we can finish in a timely manner. We do understand that moving is a stressful process and that certain aspects of it might seem a bit odd, but we are always doing our best in order to provide you with a seamless experience. After arguing with us and threatening with bad reviews and a BBB compliant, you agreed to our terms and you sent your sister to represent you and that is why we started the clock at 8:30 AM. Stuff that was supposed to be donated were still there and instead of a 2 bedroom house, it turned out that you had a 3 bedroom home fully furnished that needed to be moved. Your furniture was not disassembled by you or your family as you said when we were giving you a quote. Again, we do understand that certain adjustments can be made and are expected, but we need to know this prior to the move so there wouldn't be any surprises on the day of the move, and that was clearly communicated to you. We notified you immediately and asked you if you want us to move those additional items that were not donated or sold, and that's when you started arguing with us and mandated that everything needs to be moved without paying anything extra. Quoted price for your move was $1285.48 and in the end, you paid $1070.23 or $215.25 less than estimated. The majority of this review can be attributable to you and your sister not being on the same page regarding the details of your move. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and your feedback is more than welcome, but we are sure that we gave our best in order to conduct your move. The bottom line for us is that we absolutely care very much about our clients and actually go out of our way to put their satisfaction above everything. We tried everything to make you happy. As you can see by our reviews, we are confident that we consistently provide good service and we are happy to discuss any of those in detail, so feel free to call us.
