Good movers but the pricing was not accurate.

Miguel's team was amazingly fast and organized. I thought the price was fair. I wish I had been better informed by the company as to how payment was to be accepted and the extra percentage charges that would come along with the different payment choices.

My experience with Zip moving was very good. Summer and all of her co-workers were always there to help with estimates and planning the pick-up and delivery of my furniture. The men who packed my furniture were very careful but efficient and fast. The reason I am giving the rating a 4 is because there was someone else's furniture in the truck so they were not able to get all of mine loaded. They had to stop my packing, go empty the other furniture, and then come back to load the rest of my furniture. It was after 10:00 pm when they were finally finished. That part was horrible. However, the delivery was right on time!! All the men were very courteous and accommodating. Nothing was lost or seriously damaged, just a couple of nicks in a couple of pieces of furniture. I would use them again.

It was very well done. They gave us a time slot very quickly, they accommodated all of our concerns and the only negative I have is that they forgot some essential small parts to a piece of furniture. BUT! They did return those parts to me and gave me a price discount for the error. They didn't have to do that, they could have let it go. But they didn't and that earned my future business.
