Doing business with Ziphearing allows for the best of both worlds- the cheaper price of an on line merchant, and the local hands on service of a skilled audiologist. We saved a lot of money, and got the same hearing aid that most independent audiologists charge a lot more for.

Battery life is very inconsistent. replacing more often than every 5 days Batteries disengaged before going to bed.

Process could not have better. Spoke with Jeff several times and had questions answered. Audiologist and myself made decisions what would best fit for my hearing loss. Ordered, spoke to Jeff the following day, said they would ship "next day", audiologist confirmed receipt and scheduled appointment . I have now been wearing for 2 days, return in 2 weeks for program tweaking. Audiologist is superb, knowledgeable and professional and individualized settings based on my activities. Send her more referrals!! Also a competitive internet company spoke very highly of ZIP. With competition comments that adds "MORE STARS" ratings.
