Not only was my experience pain-free but it was pleasant. Jeff H was very responsive, answering my emails over the weekend and late into the evening. The person who fitted my hearing aid was equally professional and attentive. The price was good, but the human touch was worth more to me.

i have worn the Phonak and Phonak Cros hearing aid for five years and consider this an excellent hearing aid. When time came to upgrade I went to a local shop that appeared professional after viewing their TV ads. This turned out to be very unpleasant. The prices were inflated, then they would call with an offer to reduce the price if I would prepare a personal testimonial. I then went online and ended up with Zip Hearing. Jeff was very knowledgeable and professional. He referred me to a local shop where Mark performed the hearing test and follow-up adjustments. I purchased the hearing aids from Jeff with a credit card. Jeff then shipped the hearing aids overnight to the local shop and then immediately filed my insurance. I was wearing the hearing aids within a few days and had the insurance reimbursement check in my hands in 13 days. I had an excellent experience with Zip Hearing and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a hearing aid.
