Great to hear that you are enjoying the App Jordi. Zinio is committed to delivering the best reading experience possible, and feedback like yours is the most important part of the process. We sincerely thank you!
I have a digital subscription to a US magazine and the publisher has just switched to Zinio. I believe we should be offered a refund on the subscription. It seems like a poor quality app, slow, clunky and I can't work out how to downplad the PDF to my computer so I don't have to read it in Zinio. The website is very dated looking and seems to have very poor functionality. Really unimpressed.

Hi Simon. First of all a very warm welcome to ZINIO. We are very happy to have you on board. We recommend you discuss the subscription directly with the US Magazine publisher. However, on the ZINIO side we are happy to provide you with all the necessary support to ensure that you fully enjoy your magazine within the ZINIO apps. For copyright reasons it is not possible to download PDFs to a computer, unfortunately there are too many pirates out there in the world that would give away the content for free. However, we have apps available for iOS, Android and Computer users. The website was recently updated in March this year, and we do regular releases so any feedback you have would be very welcome so we can continue to improve our user experience. Please contact us at [email protected] so we can help you get the best our of ZINIO. Have a lovely day
It’s a great app. Very useful to read offline, easy to use and you can find lots of magazines!

Hi Michael. Great to hear that you are enjoying the Zinio reading experience. A huge thanks for the 5 star review. :-)
The review from Dean Blower has hit the nail exactly on head and mirrors my experience precisely. I don't need a 'better library search' - I never had a problem finding my magazines. It is simply impossible to read them on a Windows tablet - the zoom is awful and slow and forgotten after each page change. When you have zoomed a swipe (so you can read it) changes page and goes back to 100%. Why not leave the old app in the store until the new one is fixed? It was working fine on Windows 8 and 10? Will be asking for refund on subscription as I have been deprived of my ability to read it. And before the response says contact support I already did... Perhaps Zinio can send me a free iPad so I can use their award-winning iOS app?
