He was able to answer my questions. He was friendly and knowledgable. He may need to be a little more informative--I asked a lot of questions that were information he could have given me before I asked. He represents the company and could possibly sell membership with a little more of a sales pitch.

love the range of magazines and the prices for subscription. The only issue I have is that the subscription auto renew option sometimes turns itself back on, so needs to be watched

You have most of the magazines I subscribe to. There seem to be a lot. It would be good if I could print out an article from one of my magazines so I can use it in my shop. Trying to print an article doesn't work at all.

The customer service is always quick, friendly and effective. The app sometimes struggles to load when not connected to a network, but that is not always the case. Other than that, the app works really well and trustworthy.

I didn't get an email warning me my subscription was going to auto renew, but they did promptly refund me when I contacted them.

I was not able to read my any of my magazines on the ZINIO app. When I connected to your help line you solve my problem.
