Company automatically charges you $60 for a subscription 72 hours after your trial 3 reports and will not refund it. Nowhere is it clear you will be charged this automatically when signing up. You must cancel within 72 hours or you are automatically opted in for $60 a month. Big ripoff - there are discount CarFax suppliers out there that provide individual reports as needed without huge subscription charges. Sample reports not as detailed as CarFax.

Complete information, fast and easy to use

Unfair and deceptive billing practice. Think you’re getting an inexpensive trial period but that’s not the truth. Was charged $59.95 immediately, even though I canceled the same day. I would have never used this service if I had read the reviews first. Shame on me for not doing so.

This was an excellent and very thorough report. Zilocar responds quickly with the information that I need to make informed, great deals, on cars, at a price that is withing my budget.

Zilocar gave me all the information I need to make an accurate assessment on a vehicle I am considering. I can’t imagine any other vehicle information service that would be as thorough as Zilocar. I am very pleased and satisfied.

The detailed tracking and price monitoring through 18 mini-cycles and dealer hand-offs was very revealing of things even Carfax didn't illustrate. The ZiloCar report matched the mfgr date sticker of the new car.
