let me know about the car I did not buy

I used their car concierge service for buying a used car. Im a single mom so I thought that since I already do everything, I will also buy a car easily... Well... was wrong here... I think that when dealers hear that its a woman calling, they do everything so that I wouldn't get a good price or something... After a few weeks of trying, I hired zilocar and the experience was great, Luke helped me in every step, awesome guy! But the craziest thing was that he called same dealerships that I called alone and he managed to get almost $3k off when all I got was $500... Its either me a bad negotiator, the dealers don't work nicely with women or these guys are good negotiators... Whichever it is, I got a car cheaper. Will recommend you!

Easy to use! Had my detailed report in a short amount of time. Report was detailed and complete. Price was low compared to the amount of information provided. Would use again for every future car purchase.

Easy access to my car's history for a few dollars - much cheaper than CsrFax. I did not need the membership and it was easy to cancel.

Beware! Zilocar's ad for car reviews for only $1.95 each is attractive. What the ad does not say is that within 3 days your $1.95 charge will be followed by a $59.75 recurring charge for a monthly "Premium Subscription!" Read the "fine print" carefully as this is not mentioned in the ad! I've requested a refund. UPDATE: After some back and forth emails with customer service where I was first told no refund would be given, then offered a partial refund, I was finally given a complete refund. So I've updated my rating from one to three.

Easy, quick and the report was more extensive than others I have seen.

I was pleasantly surprised at how detailed and thorough. The Vin report was! The price was awesome too ;)
