Product was okay, seemed to work decent. However, reaching someone for customer support is non existent. I've emailed twice, once two weeks ago, and once a month ago. And, I finally received a generic reply today. Had their customer service been better, I would have been more open to continue to purchase the items to see how effective they would be over time. However, I will not support a company that does not value their customers.

I have been using the product, DRIFTOFF, for quite sine tine. In my opinion it is a wonderful product and does allow me to "drift off" and rest comfortably. It has never left me feeling groggy when I awaken..
