I purchased my Zero Gravity Perfectio X red light therapy device about six years ago, and I have been incredibly impressed with both the product and the company’s customer service. When my device recently stopped holding a charge, I contacted the company about the lifetime warranty. Even though I no longer had my original receipt after so many years, they honored the warranty without hesitation. I was especially impressed that they did not require me to go through the inconvenience of sending my old device in for repair. Instead, they promptly replaced it with a brand-new device. The entire process was handled quickly and professionally, and the customer service team was responsive and helpful throughout. It’s rare to find a company that truly stands behind its products and honors its warranty years after a purchase. I am extremely pleased with my experience and would highly recommend Zero Gravity and the Perfectio X!

The device broke down after just two months; I was charged over €100 extra for a replacement, I had no say in the delivery arrangements, and now I’m being asked to pay again to send it back. I can only advise against this device and the customer service. Overpriced and not very customer-friendly. Stay well away.

Customer service was excellent and easy to work with. My unit was out of warranty and they made getting a new unit (not refurbished) so easy.

I bought the Perfectio X a month ago. I have been using it as instructed and have seen lovely results. My skin looks firmer and clearer. I also use it around my arthritic knees with my topical cream, and I notice some improvement in my discomfort after long walks. I had a scar on my leg that has been there for almost a year now, and decided to try to use the product on my scar. It has only been a month, but I have noticed the scar has lightened quite a bit. I will keep you posted on the scar. So far, I am pleased with the product. Still early, but I have to say I love my little new toy. Something just for me.

I purchased the perfectio x whilst on holiday in Barcelona. I was sold the device under the belief that it had a lifetime warranty. Within 12 months the device failed to work. I requested a replacement but was informed that this would cost £160 for administration and postage costs. Which I feel is Disgusting when I have purchased a faulty product.

I have acnes on my face. After using Sapphire X, my acnes have grown fewer and fewer in numbers. The result is good. Also thanks to the promise of lifetime warranty.
