Your connection to Kraken is disfunctional, both via API(?) connection and by download and reading of .csv file. Authentification failed in attempted connection via API or whatever it is. Then I downloaded my ledger .csv, as you specify, and your system declined to process the file, reporting several thousand entries are errors. No error was apparent on inspection, but what do I know, so I repeated the process -- meticulously -- with the same failed result and exactly the same number of asserted errors. I gave up on ZenLedger at that point and sent raw data to my accountant - from all sources. It'll cost me a bunch, but at least I'll get my taxes done on time. I won't be back next year. And by the way, you gave me a powerful incentive to write this review. At least I can confirm it's based on a genuine experience.

Service is horrible, always trying to sell you something else, and the data is not correct.

It was super easy to use. Instructions were very clear. It took me less than an hour to complete my Form 8949 using KuCoin, Uphold, and Coinbase.

The software worked great for my Coinbase .csv file but would not populate the IRS form 8949 for my Nexo .csv file

way too expensive for what it does

ZenLedger made it very easy re:crypto taxes

looks great I need to see the tax forms filled out to know for sure
