This was a great quality sign from Zanvis! I received it and it was exactly what was send as the draft design. It came out so well and I am extremely happy with it. Thank you! I recommend this company for you custom sign visions.

My order isn’t how I was expecting it and. Customer service will not respond or help with replacement. No remote was sent and the light does not turn on.

Hi there! I'm truly sorry to hear about this frustrating experience. This is definitely not the standard we strive for at Zanvis Neon. I’ve just double-checked with our internal team, and a Support Specialist has already sent you a priority email to resolve the issue. Sometimes our emails might sneak into your Spam/Junk folder, so please give that a quick look!
