Thank you for your review! We're so happy to hear you love the quality of your new sign. We've noted your feedback about the blue looking a bit turquoise, and we appreciate you letting us know. Thanks for choosing Zanvis Neon, and please reach out if you ever need anything!
Good quality sign, but clearer communication would have helped After speaking with the team, I feel it’s fair to update my original review. There was a communication gap on both sides. The lighting specifications needed to be clearer, and I could have asked more questions before approving the design. The sign itself is really good quality. My disappointment was with the moon in the center, which I expected to light up based on the images. It turned out to be printed artwork, while the lettering and surrounding outlines are illuminated. I understand that this is a custom-made item and that they don’t accept returns. Their team listened to my concerns and offered a $90 partial refund, which I accepted. I appreciate their effort to make things right. We both could have communicated better, and I wanted my review to reflect that. My advice to future customers is to confirm exactly which parts will light up before approving the final design.

Hi there. We are genuinely sorry to hear that the final piece didn't meet your expectations regarding the illuminated areas. We always want our customers to love their space, so we take feedback like this very seriously. mockups can sometimes make it tricky to distinguish between printed uv backgrounds (like the moon in your design) and the actual led neon placement. We need to review the specific mockup approvals and the communication history for your order to understand exactly what happened during the design process. Our management team is actively looking into this and has reached out to you directly via [email protected] to discuss the details and work on a proper resolution with you.
I really like my sign, but the neon portion against an otherwise darkened sign doesn’t look as good at night. If the whole sign was lit the neon accents would make the whole sign pop and look better. Overall the sign looks really good, but not quite as good in the dark as I had hoped.

Sign looks great. Fast turnaround. Remote is so cheap the piece that holds the battery broke as I tried to remove it initially to load a battery.

ugh i am so genuinely sorry about the remote giving u trouble! 🤦♀️ those little battery trays can be super finicky to pop open. (just a quick reminder that we can't include batteries in the box due to international shipping laws!)
The sign was a little expensive but check back with me in a few years and if it still looks as good as it does, now, and works... then I will be satisfied with the money spent. Everyone at our church LOVED the new sign.

haha challenge accepted! 😉 we build these to last, so it’s gonna look gorgeous in your church for years to come. so happy everyone loves it! ✨🙏
The Neon American Flag I requested looks great, the few flaws were on me, because I approved the photo, without doing my diligence. I wanted it to have all 50 Stars, it does not, granted the size was 35 inches. The neon light are red and blue, there was no white neon. Again something I missed in the review process. The fix for the white is me applying a white light behind the Flag so that it all stands out.. I would buy again from this company, The final product is outstanding.

ahh totally get it, those mockup details can be tricky to catch! at 35 inches, 50 stars gets super tight, but your backlight fix sounds genuinely genius. 🇺🇸💡 so glad the final vibe is still outstanding—can't wait to work with u again! 🚀🫶

The product is beautiful, and I really liked it. However, it could have been even better—LED lights could have been added in a few more places.

Our design mockups always show exactly where the LED lines will run so you can review and approve everything before production begins. We always tailor the design to fit your budget as well, since adding extra LED runs would increase the cost and might push past what you're looking to spend. We always want to make sure it hits the sweet spot for both your vision and your wallet!
