Tony is officially doing a happy dance in the office right now! 🕺✨ He is going to be so pumped to see this.
The product exceeded my expectations. My husband loves it. It's his logo and his silhouette. Great job.

Oh, this just made my heart melt! 🥹❤️
It looks very clean and professional. But I think in my specific case there’s some spots in my advertisement that didn’t get a neon highlight and therefore get hidden or ‘drowned out’ from the other places that do. I wish I had a little more ‘background light’ or attention to the bottom side of my logo to make it all pop better. Great quality nonetheless, I’m just not super fond of the end result of the sign, which presents itself as more of a lack of particular detail. Which, that being said, was my initial concern after seeing the proof but was assured it wouldn’t be an issue.

I totally see what you mean now. When dealing with intricate logos, those tighter custom angles can sometimes cause the neon flex light to diffuse differently, especially if the top section has more closely packed lines that naturally create a brighter cluster. Sometimes a quick fix is actually tweaking the dimming level via your remote to help balance out the contrast between the highlighted and non-highlighted areas. Another great trick for logos with heavy bottom detail is adjusting the wall mounts slightly to let the built-in backlighting reflect more evenly against the wall background. Let's get this looking perfect for you! 🫶🏼✨
wow, fast and Daisy was awesome. Our church opening was only 18 days away and the shipment came in faster than expected. THANK YOU SO MUCH DAISY AND THE PRODUCTION TEAM.

Oh, this just absolutely made my day! Daisy and the production team are going to be grinning from ear to ear when I show them this. 🥹❤️ Church openings are huge milestones, and we know just how stressful that countdown can be. I am so, so thrilled we could get it to you ahead of schedule so you could check that off your list. Congratulations on the opening! Sending so much love and blessings to your entire church community. Thank you for letting us be a small part of it! 🙏🏼✨
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. They will lie and lie and lie. Total crooks. Paid for this 3 weeks ago when they said it was done. They said it would ship immediately. Well it didn’t and still not here. There are much better places to order from..

Oh wow, this definitely doesn't sound right, and I’d love to figure out what's going on here. I’ve actually checked our system for any orders under your name or pending for 3 weeks, but I’m not finding a matching order ID or verified purchase history on our end. We take shipping deadlines super seriously, so if you did place an order with us, please shoot us a direct message with your order number! I’d be more than happy to track it down and see exactly what’s happening. Hope to hear from you soon!
The sign is better than I expected! I appreciate receiving the mini signs as well. The design, the colors are exactly as we discussed. The size was larger than I imagined (which is a good thing)! The quality of the shipping package is top notch - it was packaged very securely. The remote control works well with a 2025 circular battery. Overall, my experience was excellent. No issues and exceeded my expectations.

Oh, reading this just gave me literal chills! Thank you so much for taking the time to share all of this. 🥹 I love that the size gave you a pleasant surprise, and honestly, hearing that everything from the packaging to that little remote control hit the mark is just the best. We always throw in those mini signs as a little extra thank you, so I'm thrilled you liked them! You were an absolute dream to work with. Enjoy your new sign! 🫶🏼✨

Oh, this is music to my ears! 🥹 There’s honestly nothing worse than approving a design and then holding your breath hoping it actually turns out right. I am so glad it nailed that clean, crisp look you wanted.
