There was a major delay in the original design. I asked for multiple edits that never came. Then like two months went by and they started contacting me again. The design still is a bit lack luster. I would have preferred some other highlights on the character. If the sign is on at night you can’t see the main character at all just a big black blob. I wish it had been designed and managed better because the team building these should know what to do and what not to do. Not sure I even want to hang what I got. The quality is good. At least it’s not cheap garbage. But definitely keep pushing on the design. They won’t give you their best effort/guidance.
