Bringing key practice management tools together in one place is exactly what we aim to do, so it’s wonderful to know this is making a positive difference. Warm regards, Irina
I decided to use ZANDA (then called PowerDiary) when I set up as an independent physiotherapist in 2024. ZANDA was recommended to me by a fellow independent physiotherapist colleague and it hasn't disappointed! It's super-easy and intuitive to use to book clients in, to send automated text message reminders, to record assessments and notes and to process invoices. I have recommended it to other independent physios and all have been impressed with it. Thanks for such a great affordable product!

I love how Zanda keeps me organised, I used to spend so much time messaging clients, following up & now I just let Zanda do it for me, saves me so much time & energy. I also love the reports it generates, keeping tabs on invoices paid etc. I would highly recommend it to any small business/sole trader, it’s such value for what it offers.

Hi Sorrell, thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re glad to hear Zanda is helping you stay organized and save time on client messaging and follow-ups. It’s great to know the automated communication tools are taking some of that admin off your plate, and that reports are helping you keep track of important details like paid invoices. For a small business or sole trader, those time and energy savings can make such a difference. Thanks again for your recommendation and for taking the time to share your experience. Warm regards, Irina
Zanda takes work out of scheduling appointments , billing, note taking and communication. it also provides secure platform for storage and can meet through zoom with clients online. They offer webinars to support and train. Once set up you can focus on clients rather than all the admin.

Hi Colleen, thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear Zanda is helping take the work out of scheduling, billing, note-taking, and client communication. It’s great to know you’re finding value in having secure record storage, telehealth powered by Zoom, and training webinars all available to support your practice. Once the main workflows are set up, saving time on admin so you can focus more on your clients is exactly what we want Zanda to help with. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience. Warm regards, Irina
Migrated to Zanda after outgrowing my previous setup and it's been a solid move. Calendar management is intuitive, automated reminders have cut down no-shows, and invoicing is painless. Having telehealth built in means one less platform to juggle. I particularly am a big fan of the automations - makes running a practice so much easier. Support and onboarding resources are genuinely helpful - lots of helpful training is offered via webinars too. Recommended for allied health sole traders looking to consolidate their admin.
