You increased the price of my subscription items without notice to me before you shipped. I love the products but this increase has put items out of my budget as I am a senior on a fixed income. $10.00 per item is a large increase so sorry to say I will no longer be able to afford these products.

Hello Arlene, I am terribly sorry to hear you feel this way. We did send notice of pricing increase to all our customers back in June and give the possibility to swap to a more affordable package deal or to terminate the subscription. Change in pricing were made so as to reflect the increase in prices we as a company also faced. If you need any further help, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected] With kind regards, Zana Nutrition
