Thank you for the thoughtful review, and we’re thrilled you loved the final book. We really appreciate your feedback, and we’re continuously improving these parts of the experience. For a bit of added context: longer books can sometimes take more time to load, and pricing scales with page count. But we’re proud that, on a per-page basis, our books are priced at or below other major photo book printers. Just to clarify one point as well: we do automatically send up to three reminder emails to contributors who register but haven’t yet completed their submission. Thanks again for choosing us and for taking the time to share your experience!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this! We’re incredibly touched to hear how meaningful the book was for your mom’s 90th birthday—it is exactly why we built Kith & Kin. I’m also really glad the book arrived early and made things easier while you were traveling, and I appreciate your patience with the ordering hiccup. Thank you again for trusting us with such a special milestone and family keepsake. Wishing your mom a very happy 90th and many more moments of joy revisiting all that love. 💛
